Today is a happy day!
cos i feel happy!
hahaha.
there's always a sense of accomplishment when my baked goods improve..
and it will always be reflection day when the below expectation goes into the bin.. all the way till bed time.
So today's enchilada went well, so did the souffle.
I cheated my way thru the 'enchilada'.
im embarrassed to even call it one.
cos it was meant to be Mexican, to be spicy, tangy..
But who cares, this is MY version of enchilada(until i can get it right).
just painted some left over pasta sauce onto the tortilla, cut up the bbq chicken which i bought earlier, rolled it, splattered more sauce on the top and simply sprinkled cheese.
It was a simple job.. and a pretty lucky experiment too.
i even slipped a strip of bacon under the tortilla skin cos bacon is so yummy!
froze a couple of them. so when hunger pangs strike, i shall not fear.
i would den knock on the fridge's door, open it, and command the enchilada into the oven.
and have it served to me! wahha!
wee!
and i got my PDL!
hee. dun know why i felt so accomplished when i received it!
could be because it had my name on it.
just like the grad cert. lol
being stupid here..
Pretty eventful week ahead.
